Anyone experiencing housing instability, including seniors, veterans, justice-involved individuals, or those with disabilities or mental health conditions.
Referrals are accepted, but individuals can also apply directly. Both clients and their representatives (from organizations like VA, United Way, etc.) can submit applications.
Yes, representatives from organizations or family members can complete the intake form on behalf of the applicant.
Our team reviews each intake to determine fit, housing needs, and service requirements. If qualified, you'll be added to our waitlist and contacted when a unit becomes available.
